Features:

These series model Tribloc Rinser Filler Capper work harmoniously with chain plate conveyor belt.

The elevator device will tray the bottles during the filling, it will avoid the bottle drop & crash

It especially design to fill juice beverage into plastic bottle, the process chart is below:

Rinse the empty bottle with clean water ---filling the juice beverage into bottle ----capping the filled bottles with caps

It integrates 3 functions in one machine.

Rinser Station:

l Water spray style inject washing design, more save water consumption & more clean

l 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing

Filling Station:
