Sludge Piston Pump :

1.Brief Introduction:

YB series hydraulic piston pump has been studied for transporting thick slurry to the filter press or spray-driers,creating a certain fluid delivery and keeps it to the pressure level necessary for the filter press or drier tower.

1.1 Structure:

YB series hydraulic piston pump is formed by: two pistons, run by two hydraulic cylinders; suction and delivery valves which can be easily disassembled for rapid inspection or for cleaning the pump; an air accumulator; a control pressure gauge; a valve to adjust the working pressure at any value (within the fixed limits), and a safty valve. The pistons are coated with sintered alumina (This special coating guarantees long life and resistance to the high abrasive action of the liquids) and equipped with gaskets made of special wear resistant material with a low coefficient of friction.

1.2 Working Principle:

The oil gear pump, which is driven by the electric motor, develops an oil delivery which feeds the upper and lower chambers of the hydraulic cylinders, the ceramic piston, in turn, which is connected to the hydraulic piston, is alternately driven by the latter and, thanks to the suction and delivery valves, begins the fluid pumping.

1.3 Advantage:

It runs stable, and has low noise, high pressure, low pressure fluctuation, small size, light weight, convenient operation and maintain, installation, long life span and so on .

1.4 Usage:

It is mainly applicable in supplying slurry to various kinds of spray-driers, also in long distance supplying slurry, clean(dirty) water and coal slurry (or other suspensions) to filter press.
