The line is specially to slit the wider steel strip into several narrow strips, and re- coil the strips.

Slitting Line feeds the steel strip into circle shear by centering device, after the strip be rolled up, releasing the clutch of circle shear, and then circle shear starts passive cutting. The movement of each device by hydraulic control system, electric or pneumatic control system to be achieved. Finally, the wide steel strip be cut into correct size of narrow steel strips.
