Characteristic:

This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil and paper, etc. and can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.

Features:

1 The machine is kind of vertical separating and cutting machine. Rolling and releasing can be in front of or at the back of machine.

2.Unwinding, Rewinding Roll: 3” Pneumatic Expanding Shaft
3 Independent master control screen, more flexible and even easier operation.
4 Automatic deviation-rectifying of releasing, photoelectric eye is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.
5 Releasing tension adopts magnetic powder clutch control.
6 Rolling adopts magnetic clutch control or torque motor if necessary.
7 Automatic slitter edge blowing inhaling device.
8 Automatic meter counting of material moving length.

9. Air cylinder automatic loading system

10.Two cutting types: straight knife and round cutter. (Round cutter is made in Taiwan, it is pneumatic Type, high quality)

11. Edge guider controlling system(EPC system).
