Silent and oil free

Application and Applicable Scope:

1. Oil free lubricating and silent air compressor, is reciprocating cylinder-piston type compressors.
2. The running components of compressors adopt self-lubricated material. The connecting components only need to add a dash of grease regularly, do not need replace them frequently. The compressor doesn’t directly touch lubricant which brings high pure air so do not pollute the environment, establishment. For its low noise, the compressors are widely used in grain and oil, medicine and health, cigarettes and wine making, aquaculture, electronic equipments, petrochemical industry, textile, printing, transportation, scientific research where need high purified gas source and better for the place where need normal gas source requirement.
3. The machine is not suitable for the place where needs higher pressure exceeds its rated discharge pressure.
4. The compressor medium is air. Don’t use poisonous, corrosive, inflammable and explosive gas as compressing medium.

Working principle

1. The compressor consists of host machine, air tank and electrical control components. The connecting rod and piston are driven directly by host machine and motor, which improves transmission efficiently, reduces its volume. They are all laid on anti-vibration parts to reduce vibration and convenient for operation and maintenance.
2. When working, the output shaft of motor directly drives crankshaft to rotate. Then connecting rod passes its rotation to piston to reciprocate. At the same tine, the volume in cylinder is changing in result of pressure changing. Free-state air is taken in through noise filter. Compressor air enters into the tank for use from discharge valve and pipeline.
3. Flame-resistant and noise deadening sponge is used on the surface inside of the chest, as well as unique muffle and muffling air discharge path, accordingly the compressor possesses super performance of noise deadening heat cooling.
