Feature:

1. Machine frame designed similar as Japan machine. Adopt 45°slant, tubular hollow integral bed, torsional strength and
flexural rigidity is obviously increased, meantime easy and fast for chip conveying.
2. Adopt high rigid and high precision spindle,is independent sleeve type spindle unit, transmission is by imported narrow
type V belt, can start stably and smoothly. Use imported high precision spindle special bearings, adopt import high speed
lubrication lipid, obviously reduce spindle’s thermal deformation,increase thermal stability and precision.
3. Feeding system adopt TAIWAN brand linear guideway and ball screw as standard configuration, ensure high speed and
High machining precision. When need higher rigidity, can also choose Rectangle guideway.
4. Equip TAIWAN brand hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool turret and hydraulic tailstock as standard configuration, can choose
gang tool or VDI Power tool turret.
