Usage:

For making textile POY,FDY, DTY paper tubes,thermocouple paper tubes, packing paper tubes and so on.

Features:

1, Forming tube's electric motor is adopted Japan's Panasonnic servo motor.

2, The outter circle of the paper tube is adopted paper grinding system to make sealing the outter circle of the paper tube become easier.

3, The outter circle of the paper tube is adopted automatically water spraying system to make seal the outter circle of the paper tube easy.

4, The machine is adopted Tai wan's Delta inverter.

5, The forming paper tube 's spindle's head and tail's inner diameters are same size.

6, The machine is used electric motor to raising the Jumbo roll.

7, Machine’s PLC is adopted Germany SIMENS PLC. Intermediate relay, photoelectric switch, approach switch are all imported from Japan, all of them is Japanese brand.

8, .Making same inner diameter with different length of paper tubes, it just need to move the photoelectric switch’s position, no need to reset the PLC’s parameters.
