SJQ-2D Paper Tube Cutting Machine, double shafts, digital control:

Mandrel number: two shafts.

This is the series machine to above SJQ-D mold, machine function and specifications are same, but with two shafts;

SJQ-2D: the 2 means double shafts in turn, when one tube is being cut on one mandrel, the second mandrel unloaded the recut tubes, and be feed a new tube; after cutting the first tube, the second one turns automatically.Double shafts in turn automatically, saves time and boost production efficiency.

Machine Functions:
1. Adopt micro-computer for length setting, precise cut effect; touch screen to adjust data, more convenient;
2.Adopt human-machine interfaceand specialized operation system, more convenient;
3.Tube cut by tungsten steel circular knife;
4. Manually uploading and unloadingtube;
5. No need to adjust knives distance,because only one knife. What you do is just put in data you required on touch-screen; save time, and avoid tube waste caused by the imprecise manual knives –adjusting work;
6. Knife will rotate a certain angle after one cutting. For deduce damage to knife, let the cut point have enough time to cooling, prolong knife’s using life;
7. When cut knife is partly broken, it can continue for cutting,just loose it and turn an angle then fasten it; Prolong knife using life;
8. The cutting knife adjusting part is equipped with a precise dial gauge,it ensures knife touches with shaft in a just ok position; Reduce knife’s damage to shaft;
9. Tube rotating but mandrel does not rotating.Reduce damage to knife and mandrel, prolong using life; If mandrel also rotating when cutting, it will form a circle line on mandrel; if mandrel is fixed, it only cause a cutting point on mandrel;
10.Knife equipped withoil lubrication device; reducing knife abrasion, and bring away parts dust on tube ends.
