Usage

The Double-effect Double-effect outer circulation concentrator can be applied to the concentration of solvent in the fields of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, glucose, starch, oral liquid, foodstuff and etc, especially the vacuum concentration of some heat-sensitive materials under the low temperature. Users can select different types of concentrator according to characteristics of various raw materials.

Features

1. External heating and natural circulation together with vacuum evaporation fasten the evaporating speed. Concentration gravity can reach 1.25.

2. The concentration is conducted under the total sealing and vacuum condition, thus there is the less loss of the effective composition, and the output is sanitary.

3. Due to the two-time evaporation, the vapor can be made full use of, the energy-consumption can be reduced by 43% compared with the single-effect equipment, and at the same time the organic solvent can be recycled.
4. The equipment can be cleaned very conveniently just by opening the lid of the heater.
