- Calculating on SJN-1000 model, it saves about 3500 tons of steam, 90,000 tons of water, 80,000 kilowatts of electric power, totally worth of 100,000-150,000 RMB, compared with that of the sing-effect one.
- The concentrator adopts the vaporization method of minus pressure outer thermal natural cycle, which features rapid vaporization speed and large specific gravity high up to 1.2-1.35 (general Chinese traditional medicine immersed cream).
- The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous vaporization that leaves the secondary utilized. Compared with the dual-effect concentrator, the energy consumption lowers about fifty percent. The profit from the energy saving of one year is equal to the investment on the machine.

5. The contact parts of the concentrator and material is made with the stainless steel, meeting the standard of the GMP, fine appearance, insulation layer in the heater and vaporizer, the enclosure of the insulation layer is made of stainless steel, the surface undergoes mirror polish or sub optical treatment.
Usage
The machine serves for the concentration of Chinese traditional medicine, western medicine,
starch sugar, food breast product, etc., and it is specially suitable to the low-temperature vacuum
concentration of thermal sensitive material.
