It is designed for sintering the diamond saw blade, wire bead, the diamond grinding wheel and other segment of diamond tools.

Main features:

3.Automatically adjusting temperature, pressure and time and Permitting to adjust them manually.

4. Controlling the press force and the temperature in the closed loop way, increasing the press force and temperature according to the slope.

5. Computer with storing possibility of 120/100 programs, including 15 steps in one programs.

6. Automatically diagnosing faults.

7.Color TFT screen displaying process curves. Offering Chinese or English operating interface.

8. Controlling and displaying the size of segment.(Option)

9. Optional thermocouple.
