Main features of our concrete mixers

We adopt foreign advanced technology and after over 10 years’technological

improvements, now the products has become more perfect in performance,

more reliable in quality, more convenient in operation.

Feature one: The tank body adopts double helical blades that makes its density

moderate. We install symmetrical mixing board on the front taper place. Double

blades and guiding blades of discharge are installed on the outlet of tank, which

makes the discharge more evenly, faster in speed and convenient for the pumping

transportation of other devices such as automobile pump.

Feature two: The tank body adopts the domestic first submerge arc welding

technology which makes it more solid in strength and more beautiful in appearance.

The linked parts of the tank body adopt bounded construction which can extend its

service life. The seal head adopts German cold spinning technology that makes it

sleek and fine in appearance. Six reinforcement plates are installed inside the seal

head to increase its wear resistance.

Feature three: Low mixing angle for mixing drum can extend the service life of

hydraulic pump, motor and reducer. The subframe adopts high-intensity square tube with damping in the central area that can work when vehicle is

full loaded and under bad road condition, which can lower the central of gravity of the

vehicle and makes it move more smoothly.

Feature four: The blades are extruded by more than 20 sets of molds, which can

ensure the spiral curve and angle and spiral distance. It can achieve uniform mixing

of concrete.

The upload production of this mixer adopts multiple advanced technology, which

can produce various kinds of mixers in volume such as 8m³, 9m³, 10m³, 12m³, 14m³,

16m³ and so on.
