Fiber cement board line can produce fiber reinforced cement board (pressure board). Fiber reinforced cement board (pressure board) is a new construction material which has been pulping, moulding, compression, maintenance and so on. The products are widely used in variety kinds of industrial and construction fields such as external, internal walls, ceilings, sound insulation, and waterproof board for special facility.Because of its good features like lightweight, high strength,fireproof, waterproof heat insulation and easy to be machined, fiber reinforced cement board are favorable all over the world.

Product bulk density > 1.6g/cm3, Rupture strength 15-28Mpa.

Differences between fiber cement board and calcium silicate board:

1. By comparison to the raw materials, CS board is made by less cement than the FC board, mostly by sand instead of cement; FC board is mainly made by the cement

2. CS board belongs to the chemical (product) positioning,But FC board belongs to physical (product) positioning

3. Because of the higher density of the FC board, FC board needs more pressure than the CS board4-The density of FC board starts from 1.4-1.8g/cm3, but CS board starts from 1.2-1.6g/cm35-

4. The thickness of the FC board could be from 2.5-100mm, but CS board could only be4mm-30mm.6-

5. The color of common FC board is the color of cement itself, the grey one; The color of CS board isPure white after going through series of chemical changes.
