The material of the single pot rotary type autoclave:

There are two kinds of material can be chosen from:

1.stainless steel SUS304

2.Carbon steel Q235B

The features of the single pot rotary type autoclave:

single pot rotary type autoclave can make the products inside it rotating in the autoclave as a whole , thus , it can fully use heat inside the pot, and every corner of the pot will be reached and sterilize accurately .

The overview of the single pot rotary type autoclave:

Food will be rotated in the autoclave continually and slowly thus it can make the heat spread fast and uniform. The sterilization time is reduced and avoid food being overcooked. Temperature control system will avoid container damage and increase shelf life of the final products. F value test will be adopted to control the whole sterilization process, which makes the sterilization effect controllable.
