a.The surface of the crossbeam slide base and the framework are scrapped by hand which has high geometric accuracy. In order to increase the lubrication oil reserve and decrease the friction coefficient.

b.All gears in adopt harden and grinding processing and have the advantages of stable drive, low noise. The gears adopt 20 CrMnTi through hardening and grounding.

c. The spindle adopts the world famous brand "ZWZ" with high accuracy double-row short cylindrical roller bearing take the effect of centering in the process of running or rotating, because radial clearance of bearing is adjustable; the worktable has higher rotation accuracy.
