1.Specifications
Serial screw doser is suitablefor extrusion machines and injection machines. Stepper motors of high accuracy are installed in this device, when the signal stops, it generates braking immediately to prevent motors from inertial moving. Accuracycan be set up to 1/100.Microcomputer processing controller have LCD display and measurement set, which can measure the proportion of masterbatch and material added. And can set the times of operation and speed per minute to match screw rotation period, the screw rotation speed can be set bythe range of 1 to 300 rpm.
Serial screw doser contains blanking base, the metering screw group,stainless steel materials and controlleretc. This machine and the molding machine materials tube must be installed with the direction of 90 degree to prevent motor function affected by heat adverse.
