1. Bar type TECORUNDUM

1-1. TECORUNDUM SC - Fine Layer/Film of SiC Coating

- is pure and dense
- protects against sever furnace conditions
- provides a greater lifespan than other competitive products
- helps to control reactions in harsh atmospheres inside a furnace

1-2. TECORUNDUM PA (PM, PMA) - Coating with Alumina or Mullite

- ideal for atmospheres in metal treatment furnace
- ideal for firing furnaces for oxidized metals

1-3. TECORUNDUM G - Glassy protective Coating

- curbs the oxidation of heating elements
- suitable for use in atmospheres close to the atmospheric air

2. Hairpin type TECORUNDUM

- Same Coatings as Bar type products are available
- Suitable for large specialized furnaces, in which the terminal is pushed in one direction

3. DHP type TECORUNDUM

- Compact
- High thermal values
- Suitable for aluminum retention furnaces

4. Spiral type TECORUNDUM

4-1. SST

- Consists of cylindrical hollow tubes with spiral slits
- Usable at higher temperature than Bar type
- Inside of these elements can be used as a heating chamber
- large diameter products are widely used for horizontal tube-shaped furnaces

4-2. DST

- Similar shapes to SST, but terminals on one end
- mostly used in vertical tube-shaped furnaces such as:
- small crucible furnaces
- volatile matter content measurement furnaces
- thermo-coupling test furnaces

5. Split type TECORUNDUM

- Slots along the lengthwise direction of bar type
- terminals placed at one end
- exterior of the heating elements is used, in contrast to spiral type
- suitable for operations with small amounts of electric power
