Work principle of silica sand drum dryer :

The raw materials plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles, throws the humidity quartz sand into the rotary drier. After the quartz sand contact with hot air some minutes later,

water will be separated from the materials and changed into vapour that ultimately discharged into dust catcher ,then the atmosphere. All of this over the quartz sand is dryed,this is the drying process.
