The machine is composed by machine body,side roller,support roller, The transmission part,the electrical part and hydraulic parts and mold etc..
The machine is curved three-roller bending machine and has the pre-bending function.The three working roller act as the main-drive rollers through the hydraulic motor,gears .The two bottom roller make vertical movement by hydraulic drive. The two bottom rollers can do arc lifting movement by fixed center of rotation.In the two sides of working roller there are support roller and correction of guide roller ,will be useful in quality control of Asymmetrical section bending(like steel angle).
The support roller and correction roller has three movement:1.vertical movement.2. arc lifting movement with the lower roller synchronously. 3.rotary movement synchronously to guarantee the molding quality in the process of bending.The two lower rollers’s vertical movement can be displayed by digital , visual.There are independent operational table ,easy in operation.The machine body is steel welded ,and through annealing treatment to reduce innerstress. Side roller is equipped in the machines’ cavity,through the two sides roller cylinder,they can make curved movement along the curved manger by middle axis. Support roller is equipped the left-right rotary hand,and can do curved movement with the side roller.At the same time can do fixed angle rotary and vertical movement through support roller rotary cylinder and support roller cylinder. The vertical movement of the side roller has the digital display ,easy in operation.The whole machine has enough strength and stiffness and can fulfill the needs of bending in all kinds of range. It is possible to bend angle steel,flat steel,square steel,U steel, style steel ,round bar,steel tube.The machine has advantaged structure,reliable in working,small in volume,and combined structure,it is the advanced forming machine and widely used.
Machine driven system
The machine’s three rollers are all main-driven rollers and driven by hydraulic motor, through three calss gear and transfer to two side rollers,through two class gear transfer and first class chain to the upper roller.

The machine working range
The basic parameter in the parameter list is the max. reasonable working capability with good economic achievement ,the other type like round bar,sqare bar,steel tube,if the section modulus is less than 16CM3 ,can be bended through related molds.

Universal die combination as below
flat steel,squre steel rolling
Flat steel and aqure steel are symmetrical material and easy in bending,pre-bending can adopt asymmetric bending. Some deformation cannot be avoided. If only one time or small number bending ,the deformation can be reduced.If there are several steps in bending,so to enlarge the clearance of the mold is needed.
Photo 1.2-1 mold combination,use 1.1-1 style.It is suitable for large section modulus. When bending,the mold clearance keep at least 0.5MM
Photo 1.2-2 mold combination,Upper roller use 1.1 -2 or 1.1-3 type,two bottom roller use 1.1-1 type,it is suitable for large section modulus,small in height bending.Small square bar can use thie bending also.

The flat steel’s flat bending and squre steel’ bending can use any mold’s compound mode. Adopt the asymmetric bending,the side roller will rise slowly,otherwise there will be deformation.Adjust lead rail to the same distance, for easy guidance angle between the profiles and the roller axis and suitable for bending small working pieces with small bending stress,there will be slipping phenomenon when bending process. To enhance the roller pressure can avoid this phenomenon.
Profile can be bended larger in dimension than the mold,should adjusted the friction clutch tigher.

T style steel excurvation: the combined mold as photo,use asymmetric bending,to adjust the side roller near the main roller into suitable press,but not so large.Otherwise will cause the inner edge distortion,tigh the friction clutch.
Angle steel bending.
Angle steel excurvation
Angel steel is asymmetric profile,when bending,there are always contort,so need the support roller to give a anti-contort force when bending to correct and reduce the deformation.The support rollder must be adjusted slowly to avoid the angle steel resortation outward.The combined mold as photo.The pre-bending use asymmetric ,bending use symmetric,loose the friction clutch.
Angle steel introvert
The angle steel’s introvert proces .Photo 1.3-6,the bending process will cause two direction resot,so needs two side supporting roller to provide guide force.
Because the introvert bending of the angle steel ,easy to cuase resort,so in the process of angle introvert,the working bending diameter of the workingprices shold be large than other profile.
