2. SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler

A) Introduction

Circulating fluidized boiler is one of the clean coal combustion technologies with the be commercialized degree. It has obvious advantage in burning low quality fuels with high ash content, low volatile and high sulphur content. And it is the best option for self-prepared power station of enterprise and medium-sized thermal power plant. It has development advanced technologies such as water cooling cyclone separation (independent patent) , special anti-wearing structure for furnace, secondary wind-optimization combustion and gas film cooling ignition etc. It has a series of circulating fluidized bed boiler from 10t/h to 670t/h dominated by "water cooling cyclone separator, water cooling square-type separator and heat-insulated cyclone separator.

SHX series fluidized boiler proper consists of burning equipment, coal feed device, air distribution system, high temperature cyclone separator, convection tube bank, economizer, air pre-heater, steel frame, ladders, furnace walls and other parts. The furnace is made up of water cooled walls and can be started up or shut down quickly. The boiler has a capability of load adjustment, high automation and stable operation.

B) Product features

1. Wide fuel adaptability: The boiler can burn with poor-grade coal and other combustible materials, especially suitable for coal gangue, high-sulfur coal, ash coal, hydrogenous coal, coal slime, trash and so on, and it can effectively deal with the tricky environment polluting problem.

2. High combustion efficiency: The combustion efficiency of the boiler can reach over 97%, which is comparable to the pulverized coal.
