1. structural characteristic

Shunda quick-freezing tunnel uses the stainless steel net belt as its conveyer belt, the net belt quick freezer can be widely used in all kinds of products, such as all shapes of meat, fish, vegetable and dumpling, dairy products, etc.

Advanced air blow system, even cold air distribution, high freezing efficiency, fast freezing speed .evaporator with epoxy, small volume and light weight, to make even defrosting to cut down air resistance, to enhance exchange efficiency, small volume and light weight. Automatic control system and frequency conversion technology are adopted, air volume and net belt running speed can be adjusted without stage to save energy consumption.

2. application scope

It is applied in food instant freezing and fishery processing, etc. in industries like cold storage processing, aquatic products processing and meat-packing. etc.

3. working conditions

In-take temperature is +15°Cand out-take temperature is≤-18°C Ambient temperature is≤40^oC, condensing temperature is between 35^oC and 40^oC and the evaporating temperature is -35^oC Freezing time is ≤30 minutes
