I.introduction

1.Our machine is used for pressing the agriculture waste into industry fuel,which was called stalk coal.The

agriculture can be born stalk,wheat stalk,cotton stalk,cotton haulm,straw,rice hull,peanut hull,corn core,

branch,saw dust etc.

2. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm,length is less than 55mm).
3. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive or binder.because the straw

materials contain cellulose and lignin which is binder itself under high pressure.
