The shrimp processing line contains steam cooker, water chiller, vibrating feeder, spiral freezer, lifting and hardening.

1.Tunnel mesh belt steam cooker

The steam cooker cooks the manual selected shrimps by steam. The shrimp can be placed on the mesh belt and cooked directly. The cooking time can be adjusted between 0.5 to 14 minutes.

2.Normal water chiller and lifting

Since the cooked shrimp is hot, it should usually be cooled by the normal water first to remove some of heat. It is permitted to add ice on both side of the chiller to enhance the cooling speed.

3.Ice water chiller and lifting

After cooled via the first normal water chiller, the shrimp should be cooled furthermore in the ice water chiller to reduce the temperature of the shrimp to under 10 centigrade degree. The control of the mesh belt is at the same step with the normal water chiller.

4.Vibrating feeder

The vibrating feeder is mainly used to dehydrate the water from the shrimp after cooling and feed the shrimp will enter into the spiral freezer evenly and equally to ensure the freezing efficiency.

5.Spiral freezer

The spiral freezer is an advanced fast individual freezing device which has many good features, such as wide usage, compact structure, small location, large freezing capacity, energy saving and so on. 6.Lifting

The lifting machine is a kind of associate equipment. It conveys the cooked shrimp to the glazing machine after freezing. It is flexible and easy to clean. The structure of it is simple.

7.The water curtain glazing machine

the water curtain glazing machine is mainly used to glaze freezing shrimp when they are cooked. It can fulfill the ice thickness via controlling the water curtain. In order to ensure the quality of glazing, you would better supply the water and ice via cold water refrigerating system and flake ice machine to keep the water temperature in water tank around 2 centigrade degree.

8.Hardening

The hardening machine is a kind of small individual freezing device. It mainly freezes and dries the cooked shrimp after glazing and decreases the shrimp surface temperature quickly.
