1. The machine frame is made from the welded standard rectangular steel tubes,so it has small weight and high strength.The automatic bidirectional guide-arc device adopts the straight line guide,so it can achieve high accurate dynamic tracing for seams and the double-group reciprocating welding

2. The flux can be automatically recovered and circularly fed.

3. Gantry travel adopts AC frequency-converter speed Regulation,so the running is smooth

4. It can rapidly go back and improve work efficiency.The return positioning device can automatically stop at starting position.

5. The welding power supply is the MZ-1000B/1250B submerged arc welding power supply podiucde by our company.

6. According to the needs of Customers',many international famous brands such as USA Lincoln,Sweden Esab etc.can be selected.
