SHJ-35 twin screw extruder

I. Applicable to materials

Filler master batch,color master batch etc,20~120kg/h

II. Configurations

A. SHJ-35 mixing twin-screw extruder, L/D 44:1, main motor power 15KW (AC)

1. One set of SHJ-35 twin-screw metering feeder

1) Feeding motor is AC motor, main feeding motor power:0.55KW

2) Regulating system is Japanese FUJI variable-frequency regulator.

3) Screw is double head screw, reduction ratio: 11:1

4) The motor and reduction machine are straightly connected. The feeder with horizontal agitator can steadly feeding and not to be bridge formated.

5) Feeder and hooper are hydraulic form, which is easy to feed and clean.

2. Gearbox

3. Lubrication oil cooling system

5. Screw

1) screw diameter: max. diameter D=Φ35.5mm,min. diameter d=Φ23.5mm, D/d=1.51, slot depth: 6mm, center distance: A=30mm, torque: T=119N.M for each screw, torque coefficient: T/A³=4.4.

2) L/D = 44:1, Screw speed: 600r/min.

3) Blocking screw

4) The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large load, and easy disassembly and assembly.

5) The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2, that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.

6) Whole hardness: HRC58~62

6. Barrel

1) Barrel length: L = 150mm/section. 11 sections barrel body. The barrel body is made of #45 steel with alloy cover. Barrel cooling way: Water cooling. Total length of barrels: 1650mm. Barrel number: 11

2) The first barrel is used for feeding materials; the 6^thand the 10th barrel for vacuum, the 11th barrel is for extrusion.

3) The other cylinders are of closed mouth type.

7. Heating system

Test the fusing temperature with the fusing temperature thermal couple, and test the materials pressure with the pressure sensor.

10. Interlock control system

1) Only after the oil lubrication system interlocks with the host machine, i.e., the oil pump starts up, can you start up the host machine.

2) Only after the feeding system interlocks with the host machine, i.e., the host machine starts up, can you start up the feeding machine.

3) When the pressure system interlocks with the host machine, i.e., reaches overpressure, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.

4) When the electric current interlocks with the host machine, i.e., reaches over current, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.

11. Screen changer system

Handle quick-open style screen changer die head (convenient to clean the material )

aThe filter net is between the die head and barrel, two pieces of multi-holes board (one board is for spare)

bAfter loose the screws, quick open the die head along with the loose leaf and then change the net.

12. One set of LQ-60 pelletizer, which power is 2.2KW (solenoid speed regulator), and the material of rotary cutter is high-speed alloy. Rotor knife: Φ120mmX96mm,bed knife: 96mmX15mmX15mm,takeoff speed:36m/max/safety interlock system, emergercy stop

7. The temperature control meter is a Japanese RKC product.

8. Pressure meter range: 0- 25Mpa.

9. The electromagnetic valve is imported from Italy CEME.

10. The electric control cabinet controls the temperature control system, the driving system and the interlock control system.
