Sheet Metal Cut To Length Line/ Slitting Line

This cut to length and slitting section can be combined in one line to save the space and cost. It mail consist of decoiler, flattening equipment, shearing/slitting system, stacker/recoiler, controlled by PLC unit, only need 2-3 personnel to operate it.

Coil ID: 508, 610mm or customized

Coil Width: max 2000mm

Coil Weight: max 20000kgs

Thickness: Cold Rolled 0.3-3mm,

Hot Rolled 0.5-3mm, 2-4mm

Total Power: about 70kw per different specification

Level Roller: about 13 pcs per different specification

Shearing Length: 300-6000mm

Speed: max 20 pcs/min (cut length 2000mm)

Slitting Line

Slitting cutter: Cold Rolled max 15 pcs
