WORKING PRINCIPLE:

PSA nitrogen generation equipment adopts carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and using pressure swing adsorption principle to obtain nitrogen.Under a certain pressure, the use of oxygen and nitrogen in the air which have different in the amount of adsorption of the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, that is to say carbon molecular sieve adsorb oxygen is much larger than that of nitrogen.Through the program to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, to achieve A,B two towers alternating cycle, pressurized adsorption and desorption under reduced pressure, to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, thereby obtaining the desired purity of nitrogen.
