Performance Characteristics

1. With a large amplitude, a low frequency (16 or 25Hz) and a throwing force, the linear vibration facilitates an easy loosing and conveying of the material, which respectively guarantees the fine material passing through the slot and the quick discharge of coarse particles. As a result, the processing capacity is greatly improved.

2. With a damping structure installed in the screen, the load is quite low in operation. So no specially made base is needed for installation.

3. The screen box is molded by bending the steel sheet integrally, and whole equipment is given heat treatment to eliminate the stress and the hidden danger of side plate cracking and welding off.

4. The screen vibration is under centralized computer control so that every machine’s vibrating parameters can be set remotely or on sight, demonstrating high automaticity.
