1.Description:

Vibrating feeder is used for further opening and mixing the fiber from distributor, then process into even cotton layer, which is fed into a scutcher to form lap.

2.Main features:

This machine is equipped with a vibrating hopper for feeding. Cotton lumps fall from the vibrating hopper in free form, thus making the transverse density of the cotton layer even and indentical.
Adopting photocell control ensures the reliability and continuance of the machine work.
Frequency and vibration amptitude of the vibrating plate can be adjusted for transverse cotton dropping.
