I. Brief Introduction

The TIE LI SHISF-120Ltower crane is manufactured by Shandong Hongda Group based on more than two decades of tower crane design and production experiences. As a tower crane with an upper slewing mechanism and a luffing jib, the tower crane conforms to the standards of GB/T5031 “Tower Crane Technical Specifications” and GB5144 “Tower Crane Safety Regulations” etc. The main features are as follows:

1) It has advanced technical performances such as large load moment, large hoisting height, large working range, small slewing radius and high efficiency.

2) The entire machine, elegant in design and made of light steel structure and superior materials, goes through such pretreatment procedures as dressing, shot blasting and rust-resisting.The adoption offixture welding and machining work in standard section manufacture ensures sound interchangeability. The hoisting jib connected by pin rolls and high-strength bolts is easy to install and disassemble. It has no driver’s cab.

3) The machine has such working types as stationary, attached and inside-climbing, which can meet the needs of construction of medium and high-rise buildings, factory buildings, power stations, dams and bridges, etc.

4) The stepless variable-frequency hoisting mechanism can obtain a desired hoisting speed and achieve the slow positioning of loads. The stepless variable-frequency slewing mechanism can work steadily and position loads in the right place. The luffing mechanism driven by a two-speed motor has a steady and reliable caliper braking mechanism.

5) Equipped with all kinds of necessary safety devices, the tower crane has various functions like the monitoring of moment, weight, radius and height as well as the functions of warning, self-locking etc.
