SEPARATOR of brand G9-KOV, delivery capacity of 10000 l/hour is intended for thin clearing of various fruit-and-vegetable juices. It is applied at the factories canning and a wine industry.

The separator consists of the drive, a cover of a separator, the drum which is acceptance-abducent the devices. The separator construction is equipped by a heavy pig-iron residue receiver which promotes noise abatement, vibrations.

Separator type - a spacer in semi closed execution with continuous breeding of a clarified juice and a periodic debarking of a deposit from a drum. The initial product through receiving-abducent the device moves in a drum and fills interdisk spaces where there is a separation. Under the influence of a centrifugal force hard parts settle in mud space of a drum. The deposit debarking occurs periodically through the set slice of times. The time between reliefs and duration of relief depends on actual density of hard corpuscles in an initial product.
