- The maximum process length of standard-type wood slat is 2,400mm.

- As standard, it is equipped with 5 pieces of slat punching heads. (Possible to extend the length of the machine and add heads)

- Input the size of punching on the touch screen and set the distance between the punching and assembling devices as indicated on the screen. (Not like other manufactures' machines, we do not need to calculate the distance, using a calculator separately and inconveniently.)

- Possible to adjust working speed.

- On the basis of 50 pieces of slats, the punching work can be completed in only two minutes.

- Regardless of the materials of wood slats, the qualities of products are uniform. (Possible to use PVC slats)

- Easy to check the length and quantity of slats while producing.
