Pillow Blow Filling Machine

• This machine is capable of filling many types of cushins and chairpads, decorative pillows bed rests, upholstered furniture backs, stuffed toys etc.
• SliverTex make Blowfilling Machine consists of long conveyor for fiber feeding.
• A pair of feed roll and Pressure roll will feed the material to a sawtooth opener and then the opened fibres are condensed by a pair of Condensing cages.
• From the Condensing cages, the pre opened fibres are fed to the 2^ndsawtooth opener and the final fine opening of fibres done in this zone.
• The fully opened fibres are sucked by a High pressure fan and blown to the pillow shell by Pneumatic foot switch and 100% shut off mechanism with two nozzle system.
• Necessary safety controls, safety guards, Electricals and Motors have been provided to give best opening and efficient production.
