What is the Refinery ?

It is a process of wiping off the impurities from the crude oil .

Mechanical Impurities :This impurities will not dissolve in the oil and fat . They are main silt , meal ,fiber ,grass and other solid impurities .

Fat soluble impurities:free fatty acid , pigment ,tocopherol , Hydro carbons , Wax , Ketone , andtrace metal etc.

The process of used oil refinery

Crude oil - Degumming - Deacidification - Decolorization - Deodorization - Dewaxing - Fractionation

1. Degumming :Usded to neutrilizing ,and water washing,to rid off the acid .
2. Deodorization:Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil by steam understand of high temperature

3. Decoloring vessel:Used to rid off the color of the oil

4. Deacidification : Use the alkali to wipe off the free fatty acid .

5. Dewaxing : Use the boiling point different between the oil and wax , then through the cooling , crystallize , then make the oil and wax seperate by centrifugal separation .
