Our company's vacuum filling machine use pump to suck the material into container by continuous vacuum suction, The continuous vacuum suction is come from where between a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve is connected. The filling valve is composing by a filling set. There is a vacuum tube in the sleeve which can take the surplus product back to the vacuum chamber, so that it can effectively prevent the overflow. The filling volume decision by the filling heads which inserted into to the container of depth. No matter the bottle volume whether the same or not, but the filling liquid will remain the same. Apply to Balm bottles, eye drops bottle, cosmetic perfume bottle, battery fluid, nail polish, Etc.
