2. Machine performance
2MK2150 CNC high efficiency deep hole honing machine is equipment suitable for honing and burnishing cylindrical deep hole parts such as various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders. This machine is specially for honing and burnishing step holes and the hole diameter accuracy of machined workpiece can be up to or over IT8-IT9, and surface roughness Ra 02.-0.4µm.It can also repair and maintain taper and elasticity of machined workpiece with the help of partial honing. It can directly perform high efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes. 2MK2150 deep hole honing machine is ideal equipment for deep hole machining with high accuracy and high efficiency.
3. Main machine structure
a. Bed
It consists of the workpiece bed and the carriage bed. It uses the resin sand style and high-quality cast iron. On the carriage bed there is the linear guide rail with the long service life and the high accuracy. And both sides of the carriage bed have the German ATLANTTA screw rack.
The bed has the good rigidity, antivibration and the cross section deformation resistance. Besides it uses the high and low bed for clamping the large workpiece.
b. Carriage reciprocating system
It uses the AC servo motor to drive the bevel wheel and the rack to mesh so as to do the reciprocating movement of the carriage. Worm gear reducer, on the carriage, drives the carriage to do the reciprocating movement, with the speed of 5~18m/min. The reciprocation movement of the carriage controls the reversing accuracy of the honing head.
c. Honing head expanding system
It uses the hydraulic constant pressure to expand. The pressure range of the hydraulic system is 0.5~4Mpa with the high and low pressure control to meet the different pressure requirements of the rough and fine honing.
d. Honing head bracket
Worm and gear drive the screw lifting device. The bracket can move longitudinally along the bed guide rail.
e. grinding rod bracket
It is fixed on the workpiece entrance of the workpiece bed, which divides into up and down parts and is used to support the grinding rod.
f. Grinding rod guide frame
The guide frame does the reciprocation movement with the carriage on the bed. The guide frame and the carriage connect by the chain. Under the guide frame, there is the rolling guide pair doing the reciprocating movement on the machine.
g. Carriage
Between the carriage and the machine, there are two linear guide rails to reduce the reciprocating movement resistance to the max limit and then to improve the efficiency of the reciprocation movement. The grinding rod box is fixed on the carriage, and the reciprocating movement transmission box is fixed under the carriage to transmit the power of the reciprocating movement.
h. Cooling system
The cooling system adopts the three-level filter: deposit-magnetism-non-woven fabrics. And the filter fineness is less than 30μm. And the flow of the honing oil can be adjusted to meet different needs of the different workpiece bore diameter.
i. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system supplies certain hydraulic oil to make the honing head to expand with the constant pressure. And it uses the limited pressure variable vane pump. When certain pressure is reached, it can supply the constant small flow oil.
j. Grinding rod box
It uses the AC spindle motor to drive the spindle speed changing box to transmit the rotation and the torque, and the rotation speed is 10~200r/min.
k.Electrical system
The electrical system uses the German SIEMENS 802D to control. The grinding rod rotation speed and the reciprocating speed use the digital display and the CNC system controls the honing time. Besides, the electrical components use the popular electrical components.
4. Workpiece clamping and processing way
Both sides of the workpiece are supported on fixed positions. The honing head rotates and does the reciprocating rapid feed movement to achieve the honing.
