Function:

This electric welder completes the thru-the partition intercell connectionwelds of automobile battery of one-piece cover, having either high-grade hard rubber or plastic container.

Applicable to produce all ranges car battery

Machine Operation Process:

After the battery pass the hole punch and element insertion stations, the operator
put the battery into the working table, then adjust the position of battery and the
height of the electrode to get the exact welding position. The operator activates
a foot switch which instructed the electrodes to move downward, weld the thru-the
partition connection, and then retract upward to their original position.The
operator then manually positions the battery to subsequent weld locations
and do the same step to operate the electrode repeatedly as the first weld.
After all weld points have been completed, the operator delivers the
proceeding battery for subsequent testing and cover sealing
