Application:
Thistransfer laminating machineis applied to the laminating of textile face fabrics as woven,knitted,high pile,imitation fur and velour fabrics and to the laminating of films with textile face fabrics and shoe fabrics and interlinings with use of solvent-type and water soluble bonding agent.Thus bonded products have good air permeability and touch.The laminating strength can be adjusted.

3. Structure characteristics

3.1 This machine consists of debatcher, selvage justifying device, host machine, net dryer, hot pressing part, cooling part, rebatcher and electric equipment.

3.2 Debatcher:

3.2.1 Roll off creel is suitable for piece or package fabric to meet demands of different cloth feeding.

3.2.2 Tension of fed cloth can be adjusted by hand wheel.

3.3. Selvage justifying device

3.3.1 Creative idea of roll off creel enables matrix smoothly and precisely feeding into the host machine for coating transfer, as it can open the feeding cloth and correct the deviation if there is crease in the cloth.

3.3.2 Hand wheel can adjust the opening pressure, accuracy of selvage justifying is within ±2.0m/min, and sensitivity can be adjusted based on the processed fabric.

3.4 Host machine

3.4.1 Host machine consists of opening roller, engraved roller, support silicone roller, reversing regulated roller, squeeze range, and exhaust hood.

3.4.2Opening roller installed before the engraved roller enables fabric smoothly fed into the engraved roller for size transfer.

3.4.3 Horizontal pressure of squeeze range can be regulated by spring, turbine and scroll can control the angle pressure of engraved roller, coating angle as well as coating content.

3.4.4Support silicone roller ensures size transfer to the fabric from engraved roller evenness and fullness.

3.4.5 The whole machine has one engraved roller, the outside diameter is 270mm, mesh and grammage are defined according to the user, other specifications should be ordered.

3.4.6 Reversing regulated roller is used to bound corner of fabric on the engraved roller and change direction after fed into the dryer.

3.5 Net dryer

3.5.1 Teflon delivery net features good curing effect, and normally tensionless running of substrate, heat shrinkage reduction, stable width of product as well as soft handle.

3.5.2 Heating with far-infrared quartz glass tube, control with three-phase voltage regulator temperature control system, fluctuation of temperature displayed on the meter is less than ±2°C.

3.5.3 Top cover of dryer has air exhaust system. When stoppage caused by fault or gases of too high concentration in production, open the exhaust fan, thus products will not be damaged by high temperature or gases of high concentration, it enables safety production.
