Self-feeding type single roller flour mill

Specifications

We design this special mini flour mill for individual use. In this small-scale line, our 6F roller mill can grind high quality flour with very low investment.

Thanks to its well enough automation, one labor force will handle this operation.

It consists of a couple rolls roller mill, two units of sifter, a unit of air blower, air pipes and other steel frames.

Process flow:

Put the clean maize (or wheat, cassava, etc) into the tank at the left side and the material will be transported to the roller mill where seeds will be crushed and grinded. After grinding, the supplies will be lifted to two units of sifting machines/sifters, only the flour which is finer than the sieves can pass through the sieve and those that coarser than the sieve will be stored in the tank and be grinded again.
