Screw type large capacity wood brickets making machine

Introduction of the machine:

Purpose: to produce the high density and heating value briquettes. Driven by the e-motor, the screw propeller will grind and press them into the briquettes.

As the screw propeller can generate high pressure to the raw materials, the density, hardness and strength of the briquettes are improved greatly.

The briquettes contain very low ash and moisture. As we know the ash and water do not burn. So compared to the wood which contains high ash, it burns more efficiently.

The main spare parts

The main spare part of the machine are propeller, heating ring, forming mold and wear proof. Under the high temperature of the heating ring, the natural binder called lignin will be released to hold the briquettes together. The forming mold decides the diameter and shape of the briquettes. The wearing prooof can protect them from damage.

Raw materials:

The raw materiasl are mainly the wood and agricultural waste products such as wood sawdust, branches, rice husk, corn stalk, napier, coconut etc. Size and moisture play an important role for the briquette forming. You can use the crusher or hammer mill and dryer to pretreat them.

Several raw material can be mixed to make the briquettes. We have the mixer to mix them evenly.

1) High pressure. The machine must give high pressure to press the raw materiasl into briquettes. Our technical design can gurantee that.

2) Endurable properller, heating ring and forming mold.
