The horizontal baler machie is designed for metal scrap, such as copper wire, steel wire, aluminum can, oil drum, paint barrel, metal bucket, scrapped car, and so on.

l JPY81 series hydraulic metal baler is capable of extruding various metal leftover, such as steel paring, waste copper, alum-inum, copper, stainless steel and scraped car materials,etc.Compressing those materials into qualified charging, such as square column, cylinder, octagon body and other shapes, to reduce transportation & refining costs, and increase transportation speed.

l Such baler is mainly used in steel plants, recycling corporation, turnings, leftorer material, waste recovery and nonferrous & ferrous metal refining industry.

l Such machineries adopt hydraulic drives, with manual or PLC automatic control operation as options.

l The discharging ways comprise turning over, push out, forward out and manual lifting.

l The size of the compression chamber and the form and size of the bale can be designed and customized according to the requirements of the customers.
