Introduction

This series includes: AS800-1. AS800-2. AS800-4. AS800-6. AS800-8 and so on. This machine is in assembly line method. Such as: Supplying water automatically, Electric beating. Grouting. Coming out. It has changed the manual operations into electric clutch with water cycling. Greatly decreased workers' labor intensity, improved many times of efficiency, decreased 30% the use of materials, product rate increased from 50% to 99%. And the quality was greatly improved. The newly-produced chalk is smooth and nice-looking! It's the replacing of chalk-producing appliances. This machine suits to single-phase 370(w). It will seize 15m2 of your factory building. One pattern can contain 800 pieces of chalk, with a push-out tool; let them all out the same time. Chalk types have the round ones, the square ones, the hexagon ones, and so on. And its standards, such as length, thickness, can be ordered according to the needs of customers.

This machine was original created in our country. We got its patent right in 1994. Patent No.ZL 94240437. In 2004,we improved the machine ,and again we got it's patent right. Patent No. ZL20042005160.2

Structure Discriptions

The machine is supplied water automatically,mixing material by electric mixer,filling mould,taking off mould, all the work are in a round assembly-line.Automatic beating and water supply, product line, 3 operators, 580000-600000 pieces per day, 8hours/day.

1.Operation steps:

1.Gypsum powder mixer, power on, then fill the water. The rate for the gypsum powder and water is 1:1.

2 .The mould should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle.

3.Each model has 80 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 5-6 minutes,

4.when the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.

5.The packing should be completed by handwork.

6.The shape can be round, rectangle, or hexagon shape. The length of the chalk can be from 60mm-105mm.

5.If machine is small machine ,we will send by air ,the air freight will be calculated through alibaba directly or we will find an agent if customer trust us .The freight will not be negotiated

6.The machine with big electric motor can not be sent by air .We will send by sea,the freight will be quoted through shipping company,the sea freight will not be negotiable.

7.The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert packing company .

8.The price here marked is EXW Price. But some of price have a small mistake because some new staff dosen't know the exact price and present discount to customer.The freight modle is just for general references,the real cost will be calculated by the air cargo company .Customer also can look for the forwarder to fetch the machine from us .
