1. Feature

1500W brushless DC motor, high torque
Variable speed spindle digital readout
Auto feed both on X, Y axis
Quick locking tailstock
Distance between centers: 750mm and 600mm( two choices for choosing)
Gears change-free: Cutting all the pitches only adjust the gearbox handles, no more need changing gears.
Overrunning clutch: --- protect the leadscew and gears from destroy of overloading.
Usually, when the auto feeder encounters the limit device, the carriage box stops moving. But the leadscew is keeping rotating caused by the running motor. Meanwhile the leadscrew keeps interfering with the occlusal nut, the torque and electric current are continuously increasing, which leads to the overload and the stop to the machine. The leadscrew and occlusal nut, as well as PC board and motor are easy damaged when keeping working at this situation.
After the mounting the overrunning clutch, when the torque and current come to top value, theoverrunning clutch will take off and protect the leadscew and gears from destroy of overloading.
