General Description:

This model is a comprehensive mill for grain processing. It is composed of feeding hopper paddy husking unit,separating unit for brown rice and chaff,milling unit and air jet blower,etc. It can complete the whole operation of cleaning, hulling, wind-selection and polishing successively, in the meantime, discharge husks, coarse bran, blighted grain and rice out of the machine respectively.Firstly, Rice goes into machine via vibrating screen(removing stones) and magnet unit(removing little piece of steel), and then pass through hulling room, winnowing room, milling room, and blowing room in turn. The machine can complete all the processing works from cleaning grain, hulling grain to milling rice. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain, as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately.
