sawdust drying machine is used for disposing a wide variety of materials.It enjoys features of high operation flexibility, good adaptability, large treatment volume. Sawdust drying machine is widely used in drying granular wet sawdust which is sent into the drying tube continuously by screw conveyor. In the process of transporting and dispersing of high-speed hot air, the water content is evaporated, so that we can get powder or granular dry materials. It is mainly consisted of the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separating device, fan and so on.

Work principle of sawdust drying machine:

Sawdust drying machine includes heat furnace, the feed port, rotating cylinder, filter cartridges, duct materials, cooling tube and the discharge port. Roller is driven by motor and reducer and lead rotating cylinder to rotate slowly. There is a feed opening between heat oven and the rotating cylinder. rotating tube equip with stir blade; a rotating cylinder and the 4 connected 0f filter tube place with baffles; the opening hole is in the baffle; one end of the rotating drum connect to filter tube ,the other end is connected with the material transport tube. Filter tube has a block; filter cartridge has a slag discharge hole at the bottom. One end of the cooling tube can join the pipeline through the blower; the other end is connected with the discharge port.

As sawdust drying machine adopts the above structure, so sawdust can be fully dried in rotating cylinder and the sawdust spread fully before into the pipeline which causing water to evaporate quickly. Baffle can stop impurities of sawdust to ensure the material quality near the pipeline. Wood chips enter into dryer and effect by the injection tube and the rotary. The material and hot air attract to each other to complete the drying after boiling in the tank.

Operation Principle of sawdust drying machine

1. wet materials are sent into silo by belt and bucket conveyor,

2. the material pass through feeding tube into the feed end. The gradient of feeding tube must be greater than the natural angle of materials, so that material can enter into desiccator.

3.The desiccators’ cylinder is an oblique rotating drum. Heat-carrier that enters into the dryer from the low-end can form reflux with the material added from the upper end.

4.With the rotating of cylinder, materials are carried to the bottom end by gravity.

5.wet materials obtain heat input of heat carrier to be dried.
