Trimming--Grinding--Mixing--Fine Grinding--Emulsifying--Filling--Cooking--Smoking/Toasting--Cooling
Descriptions:
Mix rough-grinded meat, auxiliary materials and additive fully, then grind them to meat grains by micro-grinder, meanwhile remove remaining tendon and bone scraps. Cut meat grains into minced meat smaller than 0.6mm by emulsifier to activate protein fully. Finally, fill minced meat into casing or mould by filler, and convey them to cook or smoke system. If all kinds of grain food are added to emulsified materials, minced meat can be made into grain sausages.

Descriptions:
All the materials can be chopped, mixed and emulsified in the bowl cutter. After filled, cooked and smoked in other machines, they are made into finished products.
Furthermore, the cooling process includes water cooling, spraying cooling and compelling cooling, which can lower the temperature of sausages quickly in order to keep the bacteria from reproduction.
This sausage production line is composed of the following meat machines, meat cutter, frozen meat cutter, bowl cutter, meat mincer, mixer, emulsifier, vacuum filler, smoking house etc.
Every machine has several types, such as MEC-VF001 and MEC-VF002 are both the types of vacuum filler.
