Application

The sanitary centrifugal pump can be widely used for transporting various liquid materials in such fields as dairy,beer, beverage,medicine, biological engineering and fine chemical industry etc. It can be uded to transport ordinary solutions of low and medium viscosity, and solutions containing suspension or corrosive solution. The pump shell and impeller are elaborately designed to reduce the resistence and thoroughly eliminate the dead conor of sanitary . Thangks to its unique structure, the flow speed of fluid in the pump is enhanced , so that the intergral performance of the pump is improved . It is provided with excellent sannitary performance, so it is easy to be cleaned. It can meet the sanitary and soft treatment requirments of products and has the chemical corrosion resistance.

Standard design

B1 pump consists of the flowing parts; motor, cover, shell, conneting support, pump shell II, spindle, mecnnical seal, impeller cover, pump shell I, inlet and outlet unions, and four adjustable stainless steel feet.

Shaft seal

B1 pupm is installed with a balancing type single and mechanical seal or a washable balancing type single end mechanical seal. The static rings of the two kinds of mechanical seals are of AISI316L embeded steel or silicon carbide graphite, the danamic rings are made of silicon carbide . The accessorial steal of the washable mechanical seal is a durable lip seal.
