Special sander for artificial stone and marble

1.This machine can be used to do strong thickness sanding and polishing on various boards such as solid wood doors ,veneer boards ,shaving board,cement board ,fibre board ,laminated board ,frames etc.

2.The machine consists of frame ,feeding devices ,lifting devices ,electrical device and automatic control devices .It has two thickness rollers and one sanding pad .

3. The sanding pad can work independently ,makinf the surface much fine and keep higher efficiency .

The machine have a beautiful dimension ,and it is stable have long life time .

Pressure shoe adopts steel with plated chrome and is grinded, which is equipped with pressing roller to ensure feeding successfully as well as with centi-gauge to adapt pressing board to be precise. Moreover ,it also uses acentric type to adjust the height of rubber rollers ,and use thickness rollers so that assure much higher and table accurancy .

F.R.L unit adopts AIRTAC from Tai Wan to supply clean air

Conveyer belt imported from Holand AA BELT , has bigger friction force and fine planeness. Brush roller is made from sisal against static and adsorption of dust.

Adopt two pressing roller, which can avoid working piece to slide to decrease friction between the piece and the feeding belt.
