1.Cutter head for dredgers description

The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS. The hull, machinery equipments and other spares are at the requirements of CCS. The hull is square, cross keel, which is full welding steel structure. And authorized by CCS.

We can produce dredgers according to the requirements of the customers.

3.Images and spares for sand dredge vessel with cutter head

This ship is a large type hydraulic controlled, assembling cutter suction

dredger. It is used for river channel dredging,canal and water storage dredging. The dredging devices are driven by hydraulic, concentrate controlled. The main ship body is made up of three pontoons, which can

be assembled when using. The operator cabin is dismountable, which

can lower the height of the ship when maneuvering and allow the ship to

pass bridges. When the ship is transferred long way or passing not

conjunctive water areas, the ship body can be dismounted and transported

by trucks or trains. The ship can be fixed with anchor casting pole,trolley,

self-propulsion. The cutter driving device use lub oil and floating seal.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr.

for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be

customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high

container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for

time saving.

Hydraulic system:

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic

system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral

traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your

staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the

high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make

sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing

and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their

own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
