Production line structure of floating fish feed pellet machine
1.Mixer: to mix the material,such as the bone powder,the corn powder and add some water .
2.Screw conveyer: automatic to convey the powder from mixer to the extruer.
3.Screw extruder: through this extruder can make the raw material become the puffed food,and through the model in the front of this extruder can product differend shape just need to change the modle.
4.Air conveyer:to send the food to the oven.
5.Multilayer oven:to dry the food,make it lose some water to be reserve easily.(you can according yourself choose the oil oven,gas oven,or the electric oven)
6.Automatic flavoring system:this system include 1.hoister 2.oil sparying machine 3.double roller flavoring machine.
7.Cooling machine:have four or six electric electric fun,to cooling down the food ,facilitate packing.
Packing machine:you can according your market choose pillow packing machine or vertical packing machine.
